Pressure measurement with dry running vacuum pumps
Common vacuum pumps require fuel such as oil, water or steam which, in the end, gives rise to costs due to their use or disposal.
Thus the chemical and pharmaceutical industries often use dry-running vacuum pumps. The dry-running Sterling vacuum pump "Sihidry"
was presented at last year's Achema by the SIHI-Halberg sales association. Since then the first practical results are now
available.
